I have known a group of women since 2006, when we all experienced a craptacular event together. We found strength and unity and a common pain that lead us out of a bad time. That was 5 years ago. I had not met any of the women until last week.
Alicia was in town for work and we got together for dinner. It reminded me of how wonderful this bunch is and how I could not have driven out of that dark tunnel back then without all of their support.

I LOVED "meeting" you, too! I wish we'd had more time, so I'm looking forward to whatever event I have to attend there next. Stay tuned. This picture makes me look Amazonian next to you. Ha!
