that he is big enough and old enough

to get his first

big guy bike!

He picked the helmet and the bike out all by himself.

On Good Friday, AJ and I shared the story of Jesus and how some men wanted to hurt him.

We were sad when he hung on the cross, and we were sad when we put him in the tomb.

We waited.

While we waited, we had some adventures at church.

We met Macy and Ella and enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunt.

On Easter morning, AJ found that the tomb was empty! Alleluia!

We put on our duds. I wore a hat. I looked smashing.

AJ was not as excited to share his look. And his shirt wasn't tucked in; I was displeased.

Church was long for a 4 year old.

Eggs-actly...

I tried Marble Eggs this year and after failing with eggs #1-15, only 16, 17, and 18 "Marbled".

They are still pretty, I think.
